Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Recursos Humanos para fortalecer nossas práticas de gestão de pessoas, desenvolver talentos e contribuir para a evolução dos nossos processos, com foco especial em Treinamento e Desenvolvimento.

O que você fará no dia a dia?

  • Coordenar e acompanhar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, com foco em controle de ponto e benefícios;
  • Supervisionar os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, atuando diretamente em vagas estratégicas;
  • Planejar e desenvolver iniciativas de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, identificando necessidades e oportunidades de capacitação;
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores e das lideranças, fortalecendo a cultura organizacional;
  • Acompanhar e aprimorar processos e práticas de Recursos Humanos, buscando maior eficiência e melhores experiências para os colaboradores.

O que buscamos?

  • Formação superior completa em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia na área de Recursos Humanos;
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Psicologia Organizacional ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial;
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e com capacidade de liderança, planejamento e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
