Job Title Business Development Manager – AI Solutions

Location Chennai, India (Hybrid)

Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive the growth of AI-driven solutions across mid-market and large enterprise organizations in India. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in innovative, fast-evolving technology environments rather than traditional large-scale software implementations. This position represents a long-term investment in building and expanding our India operations. The successful candidate will play a foundational role in shaping go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for AI-driven solutions within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Engage CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to articulate the business value of AI-led transformation.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align customer needs with AI capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Establish long-term strategic relationships with customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Contribute to market-entry and expansion strategies as part of scaling operations in India.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business development or enterprise sales, preferably selling AI, data, automation, or emerging technology solutions.
  • Background in innovative or product-led technology environments rather than large, traditional software implementation programs.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies and larger organizations across industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a high-growth, evolving market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
