Wir sind ein Installationsbetrieb im Bereich Haustechnik Heizungs-Klima-Lüftungs-Elektro-Sanitär mit rund 50 Mitarbeitern/innen und bieten gebäudeintegrierte Lösung für Einfamilienhaus und Gewerbe an.

Seit 1926 sorgen wir für maßgeschneiderten Komplettlösungen und moderne Haustechnik am Puls der Zeit. Bei uns steht die Nutzung Erneuerbarer Energie stets im Vordergrund. Auch Bäder, Badsanierungen und Wellnessoasen zählen zu unseren Spezialgebieten.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) für 38,5 Wochenstunden, die/der auf langfristige Sicht unser Team unterstützt.

Dein Tätigkeitsbereich:

- Terminkoordination

- HR Management

- Office Management

- Immobilienverwaltung

- Sekretariatsaufgaben

- Telefon

Was du mitbringst:

- Absolvent(in) der Betriebswirtschaft oder einer berufsbildenden höheren Schule

- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Büro vorzugsweise aus dem Installationsbereich

- EDV-Kenntnisse - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word u. Outlook)

- Durchsetzungsvermögen

- Stressresistenz

- Kommunikationsbereitschaft

- Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
