▪ in Vollzeit (40 Stunden, 30 Tage Urlaub), unbefristet ▪ Gehalt in Abhängigkeit von Eignung und Erfahrung ▪ Arbeitsort: Geschäftsstelle im Haus der Großregion in Esch-sur-Alzette (Luxemburg) ▪ mobiles Arbeiten in Absprache und im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen möglich ▪ Arbeitsrecht: deutsches Recht ▪ Steuer- und Sozialrecht: luxemburgisches Recht (Sozialversicherungsnummer, Besteuerung) Ihre Aufgaben: ▪ inhaltliche und organisatorische Vor- und Nachbereitung der Gremiensitzungen des Vereins (Vorstand, Mitgliederversammlung, Koordinationsausschuss) ▪ Personalverantwortung in der gemeinsamen Geschäftsstelle in Abstimmung mit der Präsidentin/dem Präsidenten und den QuattroPole-Koordinatorinnen und Koordinatoren der vier Städte ▪ Budgetverwaltung und Finanzabwicklung des Vereins QuattroPole e.V. inkl. ggfs. Fördermittelakquise (Interreg, EFRE etc.) ▪ Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Pressemitteilung, Social Media, Internetseite usw.) und Vertretung des Vereins QuattroPole e.V. auf Veranstaltungen sowie in Arbeitsstrukturen auf Ebene der Großregion ▪ Koordination und Begleitung von Arbeitsgruppen in verschiedenen Bereichen, darunter Kultur, Bildung, Wirtschaftsförderung und Tourismus ▪ Konzeption, Koordination und Durchführung themenspezifischer Projekte und Veranstaltungen zur Umsetzung des vom Vorstand genehmigten Arbeitsprogramms, einschließlich der zielgruppengerechten Kommunikation und Bewerbung von Veranstaltungen und Initiativen von QuattroPole und seinen Arbeitsgruppen Sie bringen mit: ▪ abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, etwa in Geisteswissenschaften mit internationaler Ausrichtung (zum Beispiel Europäisches Management, interkulturelle Kommunikation etc.), Rechtswissenschaften oder öffentlicher Verwaltung ▪ verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Französisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2) ▪ gute Englisch- und/oder Luxemburgischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil ▪ Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und/oder im Management europäischer Förderprogramme ▪ sicherer Umgang mit Büro- und Kommunikationssoftware ▪ Führerschein und PKW (Mobilität innerhalb der Großregion) Daneben erfordert die Tätigkeit: ▪ interkulturelle Kompetenzen ▪ Teamfähigkeit ▪ Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität ▪ ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten ▪ Projektkoordination
