The posting

Estamos buscando uma pessoa comercial, comunicativa e apaixonada por fechar negócios para fazer parte do time do Mané Mercado!

Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar oportunidades que chegam pelo WhatsApp e outros canais em reservas confirmadas e clientes presentes, além de apoiar na venda de aniversários, confraternizações e eventos.

Onde: Escritório em Brasília, com rondas no Mané Brasília, Mané Águas Claras e Mané Lago Sul Escala: quarta a domingo, das 9h às 18h (folga segunda e terça) Remuneração: fixo + comissão

O que você vai fazer

  • Atender e converter grupos, aniversários, confraternizações e oportunidades corporativas;
  • Ligar e chamar no WhatsApp os leads da base para fechar reservas e eventos.
  • Entender data, tamanho do grupo e ocasião, e oferecer a melhor área, horário e mesa
  • Fazer follow-up até o fechamento, sem deixar lead parado
  • Confirmar reservas de grupos na véspera e recuperar quem não confirmou
  • Encaminhar confraternizações e eventos corporativos ao time de eventos e acompanhar até o contrato
  • Registrar tudo no sistema e acompanhar suas metas diárias
  • Buscar novas oportunidades de reserva e eventos.
  • Acompanhar os principais indicadores e resultados da operação.

O que buscamos

  • Perfil comercial, proativo e focado em conversão;
  • Gostar de negociar, entender a necessidade do cliente e conduzir o fechamento;
  • Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em vendas ativas por telefone e/ou WhatsApp (televendas, inside sales, SDR, hotelaria, eventos ou restaurantes)
  • Foco em trabalhar com meta e resultado
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita
  • Agilidade para responder e facilidade para conversar com diferentes perfis de clientes;
  • Organização com lista, CRM ou planilha
  • Disponibilidade real para sábados e domingos

Esta é uma vaga comercial: o foco é ligar, convencer e fechar, e seu ganho cresce com o resultado.
