* Auftragsbearbeitung über WMS System

* Buchung der Warenein- und Warenausgänge

* Papierabfertigung der Fahrer nach Verladung und QM Richtlinien

* Abrechnungsprozesse im Warehouse

* Inventurbearbeitung

* Kundenbetreuung

* Reklamationsbearbeitung

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse (MS Office, Outlook, Excel usw.)

* Den Erfordernissen der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Lernbereitschaft und Dienstleistungsorientierung

* Persönlich und direkt im Umgang

* Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

* Speditionserfahrung von Vorteil
