Vem fazer parte do nosso time de UX!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Jovem Aprendiz de UX Design, você atuará em estreita colaboração com nossos Product Designers, aprendendo e apoiando nas seguintes frentes:Apoio na construção de interfaces digitais: Colaborar no desenvolvimento de telas, wireframes e protótipos funcionais para plataformas web e aplicativos móveis.Mapeamento de jornadas e fluxos: Auxiliar na documentação de fluxos de navegação e cenários de uso, identificando oportunidades para simplificar a jornada do usuário.Evolução do ABC Design System: Apoiar a organização, documentação e manutenção de bibliotecas de componentes, ícones e padrões visuais compartilhados (Design Tokens e UI kit).Entendimento de necessidades: Acompanhar reuniões com áreas de negócios e produtos para absorver como requisitos funcionais são traduzidos em soluções visuais e de interação.Colaboração multidisciplinar (Handoff): Participar de rotinas com os times de Engenharia de Software, acompanhando a implementação técnica das interfaces e o controle de qualidade visual (Design QA).Comunicação de decisões de design: Apoiar na preparação de apresentações, documentações e justificativas visuais para rituais de alinhamento e revisões com stakeholders.Melhoria contínua: Auxiliar nas rodadas de revisão de usabilidade e testes, ajudando a iterar soluções a partir do feedback coletado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Cursando graduação ou técnico em Design (Gráfico, Digital, Produto, Interação), Ciência da Computação, Comunicação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Ferramental: Noções básicas ou familiaridade com ferramentas de design e prototipagem (preferencialmente Figma);Soft Skills: Curiosidade investigativa, boa comunicação interpessoal, empatia e vontade genuína de aprender;Pacote Office / Ferramentas de Produtividade: Conhecimento básico para organização de arquivos, apresentações e comunicação interna;Desejável (Diferenciais):Portfólio ou portfólio acadêmico com estudos de caso conceituais, projetos de faculdade ou exercícios práticos de UI/UX;Noções conceituais de Design System (componentes, variantes, tipografia e grids responsivos);Noções básicas de usabilidade, acessibilidade digital e arquitetura de informação;Familiaridade com ferramentas colaborativas e IA generativa (ex.: FigJam, Notion, Miro, Gemini).Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica;Seguro de Vida;Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Auxílio Home Office;TotalPass;
