The posting

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and on-site service calls related to chiller systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend preventive measures and ensure timely resolution of equipment problems.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain good customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance to service teams and subcontractors on chiller servicing, testing and commissioning.
  • Verify subcontractor work and prepare payment documentation.
  • Support departmental strategies and service initiatives to improve service quality and business performance.
  • Update the service information system and ensure all service reports and related documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience in chillers, ACMV, HVAC or air-conditioning systems.
  • Knowledge of chiller troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance will be an advantage.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently, lead and coordinate service teams, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
