Vi söker en Projektledare till ett spännande myndighetsuppdrag. Uppdragsbeskrivning Uppdraget som projektledare och verksamhetsutvecklare innebär ett helhetsansvar för att driva utvecklingen av chefs-onboarding-projektet utifrån identifierat behov till en gemensam målbild, beslutsunderlag och plan för genomförande. Fokus ligger på att skapa effektiva, kvalitetssäkrade och hållbara arbetssätt för att kontinuerligt följa, analysera och förbättra chefs-onboardingen för nya chefer. Arbetsuppgifter Leda, planera och samordna projektets aktiviteter, resurser och leveranser. Säkerställa framdrift samt följa upp tidplan, budget, risker, beroenden och beslut. Rapportera status och ta fram underlag för styrning och beslut. Genomföra workshops för kartlägga av nuläge, processer och informationsflöden samt samordna verksamhet, IT och övriga intressenter. Samla in, analysera och strukturera behov och krav. Säkerställa krav på datakvalitet, spårbarhet och informationshantering. Ta fram beslutsunderlag, resurs- och finansieringsbehov. Planera och samordna införande och överlämning till förvaltning.

Obligatoriska krav Minst fem (5) år i rollen som projektledare, med erfarenhet av att leda verksamhetsnära IT- och digitaliseringsinitiativ. Minst fyra (4) år inom verksamhetsutveckling och förändringsledning, tex. kartläggning av nuläge, processer, behov, förmågor och målbild. Minst två (2) tidigare uppdrag där du har erfarenhet av att leda och genomföra workshops med informationsmodellering, informationskartläggning och begreppsmodellering. Dokumenterad erfarenhet från minst ett (1) uppdrag där du arbetat med datakvalitet, informationsägarskap och styrning av information, inklusive ansvar, definitioner, kvalitetssäkring och spårbarhet från datakälla till rapportering. Dokumenterad erfarenhet från minst två (2) uppdrag i komplexa IT- och datalandskap med flera system, datakällor och integrationer. Erfarenheten ska inkludera kartläggning och samordning av data- och informationsflöden samt koordinering mellan verksamhet, IT, leverantörer och olika tekniska plattformar. Du ska ha dokumenterad erfarenhet från minst två (2) uppdrag inom regulatorisk styrda verksamheter, tex myndigheter, offentlig verksamhet.

Meriterande Dokumenterad erfarenhet från minst ett (1) uppdrag där du haft en ledande roll i utveckling och införande av lösning med huvudsyfte, onboarding, från behov och krav till implementerat arbetssätt och/eller systemstöd Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta med relevanta regelverk, standarder och ramverk. T.ex.ISO 30400, P-CMM, PFC.
