Uppdragsbeskrivning Nu söker vi en erfaren och engagerad Scrum Master och Agil Coach till ett spännande uppdrag inom offentlig sektor. Rollen innebär att driva den agila förflyttningen, utveckla teamen och leda uppdrag inom bland annat resehandlingar, identitetshandlingar och nya statliga e-legitimationer. I denna kombinerade roll agerar du Scrum Master för ett eller flera team samt agil coach för hela sektionen. Du stöttar koordinering av leveranser mellan grupper, identifierar beroenden och driver förändringsledning i en verksamhetskritisk miljö. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Teamcoachning: Coacha team i agila metoder såsom Scrum, Kanban och Scrumban samt stötta andra Scrum Masters. Agila ceremonier & SAFe: Leda agila ceremonier, retrospektiv och PI-planning enligt SAFe. Hinderhantering: Identifiera och undanröja hinder samt säkerställa fokus på iterationens mål och transparens. Förändringsledning: Driva förändringsledning kopplat till kultur, värdegrund och arbetssätt tillsammans med sektionsledningen. Kommunikationsbrygga: Fungera som en central länk mellan team, ledning, produktägare och verksamhet. Workshops & Utbildning: Facilitera workshops, utbilda i agila principer och samla in data för att mäta teamets prestationer.

Obligatoriska krav Scrum Master-erfarenhet (Minst 5 år): Flerårig erfarenhet av agilt arbete som Scrum Master (införskaffad de senaste 7 åren). Agil coachning & Förändringsledning (Minst 3 år): Dokumenterad erfarenhet som agil coach och inom förändringsledning med agila metoder de senaste 6 åren (styrkt via referensuppdrag). Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha drivit minst tre (3) förändringsledningsprojekt eller uppdrag. Relevant certifiering inom agila ramverk (t.ex. Scrum Master, Product Owner eller SAFe). Dokumenterad erfarenhet av Jira (eller motsvarande verktyg) samt god teknisk förståelse för digitalisering. Relevant akademisk examen eller motsvarande likvärdig erfarenhet. Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande krav Erfarenhet av agilt arbete inom en myndighet eller offentlig sektor.
