Uppdragsbeskrivning För en statlig myndighet söker vi 1–2 erfarna Seniora Testspecialister / Testautomatiserare. Rollen innebär att ingå i ett agilt team med fokus på att analysera testprocesser, bygga upp automatiska tester, samt hantera testplanering och testrapportering för myndighetens IT-system. I rollen bidrar du i hela utvecklingsprocessen och samarbetar nära verksamhet, utvecklare och övriga teammedlemmar för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, spårbarhet och informationssäkerhet i myndighetens digitala tjänster. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Testprocessanalys & Automatisering: Analysera befintliga testprocesser och identifiera möjligheter till automatiserad testning. Testutveckling (GUI & API): Konstruera, utveckla, implementera och underhålla automatiserade tester för grafiska gränssnitt och REST API:er. Testlivscykelhantering: Driva testarbete i ett livscykelperspektiv, inklusive testplanering, testfallshantering, regressionstester, testdatahantering och avvikelsehantering. CI/CD-integration: Bidra till uppbyggnad och förvaltning av kontinuerlig testning i CI/CD-pipelines. Agil samverkan: Samarbeta nära teammedlemmar och verksamhetsrepresentanter i en agil kontext (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban).

Obligatoriska krav Du ska ha relevant akademisk utbildning inom IT eller systemutveckling, alternativt arbetslivserfarenhet som bedöms som likvärdig. Du ska ha flerårig aktuell erfarenhet av att konstruera, utveckla och underhålla automatiserade tester av grafiska gränssnitt och Rest APIer. Du ska ha flerårig aktuell erfarenhet av testarbete i ett livscykelperspektiv: testplanering, testfallshantering, regressionstester, testdata och avvikelsehantering. Du ska ha minst två års arbetslivserfarenhet av arbete i agila team såsom Scrum, Kanban, SAFe eller liknande. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande krav Erfarenhet av att bygga upp och förvalta kontinuerlig testning i CI/CD-pipelines. Minst 1 års erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig sektor eller annan verksamhet med höga krav på informationssäkerhet, spårbarhet och tillgänglighet. Erfarenhet av API-testning med verktyg som t.ex. ReadyAPI. Erfarenhet av GUI-testautomatisering med moderna verktyg som t.ex. Playwright.
