Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d) ================================

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the supply chain team in providing reliable service to our franchisees
  • Communicate daily with the logistics provider’s operations team and the Switzerland team
  • Contribute to supply chain projects and support their successful implementation
  • Monitor supply, product availability and stock levels, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and restaurants
  • Compile performance reports and supply chain KPIs
  • Ensure accurate master data of purchasing in the workflow tool
  • Prepare and provide relevant information materials for restaurants and franchisees
  • Act as the key interface between our logistics partner and our client,

YOUR PROFILE

  • Professional training or Bachelor level/University degree in Logistics or comparably
  • 3 years in comparable position or in Logistics/Purchasing
  • French and Englisch, with good to very good written and spoken skills
  • Strong analytical, investigative and problem solving skills in conjunction with your own initiative and pro\-active approach. High commitment and in time achievement of tasks and projects is necessary
  • Ability to priorities with a hands\-on attitude
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team and independently, accurately and constructive
