The posting

We are looking for a Customer-Facing Business Analyst with a strong background in finance, business analysis, or economics. This role combines hands-on data analysis, business strategy, and direct customer interaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability, develop data-driven pricing strategies, and turn insights into measurable business results.

You will combine hands-on analysis with customer management: understand business priorities, analyze demand and revenue performance, build pricing strategies, and work with customers and internal teams to implement recommendations and measure their impact.

Your day-to-day work will include customer discussions, analysis in Excel, and using AI tools such as Claude to investigate business questions and support commercial decisions in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

This role suits someone with an FP&A, financial analysis, or consulting background who enjoys working with people and taking initiatives from analysis through execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the customer relationship, build trust with key stakeholders, and align on business objectives and priorities.

* Analyze demand patterns, sales pace, revenue, profitability, and capacity utilization to identify pricing opportunities.

* Evaluate how seasonality, customer behavior, market conditions, and time to purchase affect performance.

* Build forecasts and scenario analyses to assess pricing decisions and the trade-offs between volume, revenue, and margin.

* Develop pricing strategies and translate insights into practical recommendations and action plans.

* Lead customer meetings and business reviews, presenting findings to operational teams, senior management, and C-level executives.

* Drive implementation and platform adoption in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

* Track results against forecasts and targets, refine strategies, and follow through on agreed actions.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, revenue management, consulting, or an analytical customer-facing role.

* Strong financial and commercial understanding, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance measurement.

* Proven experience presenting recommendations, leading discussions with customers or internal business teams, and helping turn insights into action. Direct experience with external customers is strongly preferred.

* Strong Excel skills, including analytical models, advanced formulas, and pivot tables.

* Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for analytical or business work, with the ability to validate outputs and apply independent judgment.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.

* High ownership, independence, and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through.

* Strong written and spoken English.

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

Advantages

* Experience in Customer Success, account management, or business advisory.

* Background in dynamic pricing, revenue optimization, or commercial planning.

* Experience in businesses with seasonal demand, capacity constraints, or time-sensitive inventory.

* Experience with SaaS platforms and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
