O que você vai fazer

🖥️ Sustentação e monitoramento Sustentar os datacenters com foco em alta disponibilidade, resiliência e segurança. Monitorar a infraestrutura, acompanhar métricas de performance e propor melhorias.

🔧 Troubleshooting e gestão de incidentes Fazer troubleshooting de redes, sistemas operacionais e aplicações, minimizando impacto aos clientes. Gerir e escalonar incidentes, participando da escala de sobreaviso.

🔄 Mudanças e soluções SaaS Executar mudanças seguindo o processo de GMUD e apoiar a publicação e a manutenção das soluções SaaS.

🚀 Modernização da infraestrutura Contribuir na modernização da infraestrutura, incluindo nuvem, contêineres e automação.

O que você precisa ter
