About the Role
Department: Talent Acquisition
Location: London, EC4V 4AY
Hybrid: 3 days in office
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a specialist capability focused on complex, targeted and business critical talent challenges where established recruitment approaches are unlikely to be sufficient. This role would be great for someone who wants to do much more than manage vacancies. Someone who loves the search. Who enjoys getting under the skin of a market, finding brilliant people who aren’t necessarily looking, understanding where talent is moving and spotting skills before they become difficult to find.
This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role combines complex end-to-end recruitment with deeper talent intelligence, market insight, market mapping and proactive talent identification. You will use internal and external data to understand talent availability, identify critical and emerging skills and shape effective talent strategies.
Our business is transforming, modernising and becoming increasingly customer-centric, while building on the expertise that supports hundreds of thousands of customers. Against a growing focus on financial literacy and access to financial advice, attracting the right skills and capabilities has an important role to play in our future.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, predominantly supporting our corporate functions, using your understanding of external talent markets to strengthen immediate hiring outcomes while building the talent pipelines and market knowledge we need for the future.
Working alongside the TA Operations squad, you will proactively identify opportunities to collaborate where combining talent intelligence, market expertise and recruitment delivery can improve outcomes. Both have distinct areas of accountability but work together where their combined expertise will create greater value for the business.
- As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll be responsible for building sourcing plans, leading stakeholder engagement, and building scalable hiring solutions across Quilter, as well as taking a lead in the formation and execution of a best in-class talent strategy.
- Shape and deliver targeted talent strategies that enable Quilter's long-term growth, ensuring we attract the skills and capabilities required for the future.
- Act as a trusted talent adviser to senior leaders, using market insight, workforce data and external trends to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Build and nurture talent communities for critical and emerging skill areas, creating sustainable pipelines before demand arises.
- Lead proactive talent intelligence activities, including market mapping, competitor analysis and succession talent identification across priority functions.
- Design and execute targeted talent attraction campaigns that strengthen Quilter's employer brand and position us competitively within the market.
- Create compelling candidate experiences through personalised engagement, innovative content and data-driven recruitment journeys.
- Provide evidence-based advice and appropriate challenge on talent availability, role design, location, skills, assessment, reward positioning and sourcing strategy.
- Collaborate with I&D team to drive inclusive hiring practices by embedding diverse sourcing strategies, equitable assessment approaches and evidence-based decision making.
- Leverage hiring data, market intelligence and operational insights to identify opportunities, remove friction and continuously improve outcomes.
- Champion the use of AI, automation and emerging recruitment technologies to create a more efficient and engaging experience for hiring managers and candidates.
- Design, build and optimise AI-enabled workflows, copilots and talent acquisition agents that automate administrative tasks, surface insights and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with the TA Operations squad on shared talent challenges, bringing together market intelligence, specialist search expertise and operational insight to develop effective talent solutions
- Measure the effectiveness of talent intelligence through its impact on hiring decisions, pipeline quality, talent accessibility and recruitment outcomes
- Proactively identify opportunities to collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners where combining specialist talent intelligence and recruitment delivery will strengthen business outcomes.
