The posting

Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Operações para atuar na gestão e otimização das operações, garantindo a qualidade das entregas, o

cumprimento de prazos e SLAs, além do alinhamento entre equipes técnicas, áreas corporativas e clientes. Essa posição terá papel estratégico

e operacional, apoiando a expansão e a sustentabilidade do negócio.

Principais responsabilidades

Gerenciar as operações de serviços, assegurando eficiência, qualidade e continuidade

Liderar e apoiar equipes técnicas e operacionais (Suporte, Implantação, TI, Produto)

Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento de SLAs, contratos e demandas de clientes

Planejar, estruturar e melhorar processos operacionais, promovendo padronização e boas práticas

Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) operacionais e de atendimento

Atuar na identificação de riscos operacionais e definição de planos de ação

Promover integração e alinhamento entre operações, clientes e áreas internas

Apoiar a gestão de fornecedores, parceiros e prestadores de serviços

Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados à liderança

Garantir aderência às políticas internas, compliance e governança

Requisitos

Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia, Gestão de Processos ou áreas correlatas

Experiência comprovada em gestão de operações, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia ou serviços

Inglês e espanhol fluentes (nível conversação)

Vivência em liderança de equipes multidisciplinares

Experiência com gestão de processos, indicadores e melhoria contínua

Boa capacidade analítica, organização e tomada de decisão

Excelente comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento

Diferenciais

Experiência em ambientes de serviços de TI, operações ou projetos

Conhecimento em ITIL, gestão de serviços, Agile

Vivência em gestão de contratos e relacionamento com clientes

Experiência com ambientes híbridos (presencial/remoto)
