Desafío general del rol:

Buscamos un Team Lead que sea el puente entre el equipo de ingeniería y el producto. Alguien que pueda diseñar la arquitectura, liderar al equipo y ensuciarse las manos con el código cuando sea necesario.

No es un rol de pure management: esperamos que el 40–50% del tiempo sea técnico y el resto orientado a las personas, el producto y los stakeholders.

Las principales responsabilidades de quien ocupe este rol serán:

  • Liderar un equipo de ingeniería (4–6 personas), priorizando el backlog junto con producto y asegurando delivery continuo.
  • Diseñar y evolucionar la arquitectura del sistema: microservicios, APIs, sistemas distribuidos en cloud.
  • Ser el referente técnico del equipo: code reviews, decisiones de stack, definición de estándares.
  • Trabajar codo a codo con producto y clientes para entender necesidades y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas.
  • Contratar, hacer crecer y retener talento técnico.

Esperamos que los candidatos y candidatas para este rol tengan los siguientes conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades:

Imprescindible

  • 8+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos.
  • Experiencia comprobable diseñando y operando sistemas distribuidos en cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure).
  • Hands-on: cómodo revisando y escribiendo código en el día a día (Go, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python o similar).
  • Experiencia en startups o entornos de alto crecimiento con metodologías ágiles.
  • Capacidad de comunicarse con stakeholders no técnicos y participar en conversaciones de producto. Inglés profesional (oral y escrito).

Valoramos

  • Haber liderado migraciones de arquitectura (monolito microservicios).
  • Experiencia con Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observabilidad.
  • Contacto directo con clientes o usuarios finales en roles anteriores.
