Work with product software development team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and its documentation requirements Write easy-to-understand online help and tutorials for software products Work closely with system analysts, presales engineers and project managers to write technical proposals and software requirements specifications documents Produce high-quality documentation that meets company and industry standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Revise documents as new changes are introduced Requirements Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with Online Help Authoring Tools Basic familiarity with the software development life cycle
