Vårdcentralen Sofielund är en ny vårdcentral centralt belägen i Sofielund i Malmö. Vårdcentralen ligger i ett levande och växande område med närhet till Möllevången, Södervärn och centrala Malmö. Våra kärnvärden är hög medicinsk kvalitet, god tillgänglighet och ett professionellt bemötande. Som ny verksamhet vill vi skapa en vårdcentral där patienterna känner trygghet och kontinuitet och där medarbetarna trivs och känner sig delaktiga. Vi kommer att växa i takt med att fler patienter listar sig hos oss och ser det som en möjlighet att tillsammans utveckla bra rutiner och arbetssätt från början. Vi söker en erfaren undersköterska som vill bli en del av Vårdcentralen Sofielund. Som undersköterska kommer du att ha en viktig funktion på vårdcentralen och en bred roll i den dagliga verksamheten. För oss är det viktigt att skapa en bra arbetsgrupp där man trivs tillsammans och vill stanna kvar över tid. Vi strävar efter att erbjuda en trygg och tillgänglig vård med hög medicinsk kvalitet och ett professionellt och varmt bemötande. Arbetsuppgifter Arbetet omfattar mottagning, laboratorium, reception och administrativa arbetsuppgifter. På mottagningen arbetar du med vanligt förekommande undersköterskeuppgifter och patientnära kontroller. Du assisterar läkare vid olika typer av undersökningar. Du utför även bland annat blodtrycksmätning, EKG och såromläggningar. På laboratoriet arbetar du med venös provtagning, PNA-analyser samt hantering av prover. I receptions- och det administrativa arbetet ingår bland annat att ta emot patienter, hantera bokningar, kontrollera väntelistor, skanna dokument mm. Du arbetar i systemen PMO, PASIS och E-lab. Förrådsbeställning, påfyllning av material och iordningställande av undersökningsrum ingår också i det dagliga arbetet. Arbetet innebär både eget ansvar och samarbete med övriga yrkeskategorier på vårdcentralen. Kvalifikationer Legitimerad undersköterska med erfarenhet inom primärvården/vårdcentral. God erfarenhet av provtagning och laboratoriearbete. Erfarenhet av PMO, PASIS, E-lab, receptionsarbete och administrativa arbetsuppgifter inom vården är meriterande.
