Aqui, você não vai apenas responder chamados: você será a referência técnica para tirar dúvidas, diagnosticar falhas complexas e garantir que os sistemas solares funcionem com máxima eficiência.

Quais serão as suas principais responsabilidades?

  • Atendimento Próximo e Consultivo: Orientar e apoiar integradores e clientes por WhatsApp, telefone e e-mail.
  • Investigação e Diagnóstico: Analisar códigos de erro, medições elétricas, diagramas e históricos de geração para identificar causas de falhas ou baixa geração.
  • Apoio no Comissionamento e Configuração: Auxiliar na configuração de inversores, redes de comunicação e plataformas de monitoramento.
  • Validação Técnica: Analisar a compatibilidade entre módulos e inversores (limites de tensão, corrente e faixas de operação dos MPPTs).
  • Interface com Fabricantes: Conduzir processos de garantia e suporte direto com marcas e assistências parceiras.
  • Trabalho em Equipe: Apoiar os times comercial e de pós-venda em dúvidas do dia a dia e realizar visitas técnicas pontuais quando necessário.

O que buscamos em você?

  • Formação Técnica ou Superior: Curso Técnico completo em Eletrotécnica/Eletroeletrônica (ou áreas correlatas) OU Ensino Superior (completo ou em andamento) na área Elétrica.
  • Vivência no Setor Fotovoltaico: Experiência prática em suporte técnico, instalação, comissionamento ou manutenção de sistemas solares.
  • Domínio de Eletrotécnica: Bons conhecimentos em CC/CA, sistemas monofásicos/trifásicos, aterramento e dispositivos de proteção.
  • Uso de Instrumentos: Familiaridade com multímetro e alicate amperímetro para interpretar diagnósticos.
  • Comunicação e Autonomia: Boa escrita, capacidade de se comunicar com clareza e empatia com o cliente.
  • Residência: Morar na Grande Vitória / ES ou ter facilidade de deslocamento diário até Cobilândia (Vila Velha).

Diferenciais que enriquecem o seu perfil:

  • Vivência anterior em suporte de distribuidoras, fabricantes ou assistências técnicas.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas híbridos, armazenamento (baterias) e redes de comunicação.
  • Facilidade com leitura de manuais em inglês.
  • CNH Categoria B.
