The posting

Seit 2009 ist die Pfarrei St. Clara im Pastoralraum Basel-Stadt eine Pfarrei aus ursprünglich vier Pfarreien (St. Christophorus, St. Michael, St. Joseph, St. Clara), die in ganz Kleinbasel mit seinen vielfältigen Menschen aus sehr vielen verschiedenen Kulturen beheimatet ist. In der Pfarrei engagieren sich ausserdem verschiedene Missionen/Gruppen (die kroatische und die portugiesische Mission, die English Speaking Catholic Community, der lateinischer Ritus, die eritreische Gemeinschaft, das Karmelitenkloster, die philippinische Gruppe.)

Wir suchen ab 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Mitarbeiterin / Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen kirchliche Sozialarbeit/Diakonie und Freiwilligen-Management mit einem Stellenumfang von 50% - 60%.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Professionalisierung des Freiwilligenmanagements (Dokumente, Prozesse, Kontakte, etc.)
  • Kirchliche Gemeinwesenarbeit in der Pfarrei
  • Begleitung der Ehrenamtlichen innerhalb verschiedener Gruppen in der Pfarrei
  • Vernetzung fremdsprachiger Gruppen in die Pfarrei
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit: Erstellen von Beiträgen für div. Informationskanäle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Akteuren in der Pfarrei
  • Einzelfallberatung ist nicht schwerpunktmässig Teil der Arbeit, da diese anderweitig abgedeckt ist.

  • Sozialpädagogische / Sozialarbeiterische Kompetenzen

  • Positive Einstellung gegenüber der katholischen Kirche und Mitgliedschaft in der katholischen Kirche.
  • Freude Dinge selbstständig anzugehen und mit dem Team zusammen zu gestalten
  • Offenheit, kommunikative Stärke und Kontaktfreudigkeit
