Teamleiter\*in Instandhaltung 100% ==================================

Als innovatives Unternehmen sorgen wir schweizweit dafür, dass in Gebäuden Trinkwasser fliesst. Dafür entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben wir mit rund 500 Mitarbeitenden wegweisende Gesamtlösung für die Sanitär\-/Heiztechnik.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachtechnische Führung von zwei Mitarbeitenden sowie Planung, Organisation und Ausführung von Revisions\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Ausführung der Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie die Einhaltung der Kosten\-, Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Anlageverfügbarkeit und Gewährleistung der Sicherheit sowie Behebung von Störungen an Produktionsanlagen
  • Ausführung von Änderungs\- und Optimierungsaufgaben
  • Erstellung von Wartungsdokumentationen sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Dokumentation und Planung der Tätigkeiten mithilfe der Instandhaltungssoftware
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen IH\-Leitung, der IH\-Planung und Produktion
  • Übernahme von Pikettdienst

Dein Profil

  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Automation oder Mechatronik
  • Weiterbildung zum/zur Instandhaltungsfachmann\*frau von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs\- und/oder Elektrotechnik
  • Führungserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Anschlussbewilligung nach NIV . 15\- oder Bereitschaft, die entsprechende Ausbildung zu absolvieren
