Für eine Wohneinrichtung für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung im Bezirk Grieskirchen suchen wir im Auftrag eine engagierte FSB BA.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeit begleitest du eine Bewohnerin bzw. einen Bewohner individuell im Alltag. Du förderst die Selbstständigkeit, unterstützt bei der persönlichen Entwicklung und schaffst gemeinsam mit dem Team ein Umfeld, in dem sich Menschen sicher, wertgeschätzt und wohlfühlen.

Einsatzgebiet: Bezirk Grieskirchen

Arbeitszeit: Voll-/Teilzeit

Antritt: ab sofort 1 Fach-Sozialbetreuer_in für Behindertenarbeit

Aufgaben:

- Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung einer Bewohnerin bzw. eines Bewohners im Alltag

- Planung und Umsetzung personenzentrierter Betreuungsmaßnahmen

- Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege und den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens

- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit, Teilhabe und individuellen Ressourcen

- Dokumentation der Betreuungs- und Pflegemaßnahmen

- Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen sowie dem interdisziplinären Team

- Mitgestaltung eines wertschätzenden, sicheren und inklusiven Lebensumfeldes

Das bringen Sie mit

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer Behindertenarbeit (FSB BA) inkl. Registrierung im GBR

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

- Wertschätzende, empathische und respektvolle Haltung

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

- Teamfähigkeit und Engagement

- Führerschein B und eigener PKW von Vorteil

- Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)
