Für eine kleine, familiäre Pflegeeinrichtung in Mondsee suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und liebevolle Pflegefachassistenz (PFA), die ihren Beruf mit Herz, Menschlichkeit und Freude ausübt.

Bei uns steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Gerade in einer kleinen Einrichtung entsteht eine persönliche Atmosphäre, in der Zeit für ein freundliches Wort, ein Lächeln und eine individuelle Betreuung bleibt. 2 Pflegefachassistenten/-fachassistentinnen

Deine Aufgaben

- Fachgerechte und wertschätzende Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohner

- Unterstützung bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens

- Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen im Rahmen deiner Qualifikation

- Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen

- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen

- Einfühlsame Begleitung und Unterstützung im Alltag

- Gute Zusammenarbeit im kleinen, familiären Team

Das wünschen wir uns

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistenz (PFA)

- Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

- solide Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)

- Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Herzlichkeit

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

- Freude an einem wertschätzenden Miteinander

- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und gleichzeitig Teamgeist

Das erwartet dich

- 15 - 20 Stunden pro Woche

- Vorwiegend Vormittagsdienste von ca. 3 - 4 Stunden

- Gut planbare und familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten

- Ein kleines, persönliches Arbeitsumfeld

- Wertschätzender Umgang und ein herzliches Team

- Eine Tätigkeit, bei der deine Arbeit und dein Einsatz wirklich gesehen werden
