Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) : Réceptionniste Lieu du poste : Hôpital vétérinaire Journet – 2320 Avenue Mont-Royal Est, Montréal Site web: www.veterinairejournet.ca Statut du poste : Permanent, temps-plein Horaire : 5 jours par semaine, horaires de jour et de soir, les fins de semaine sur rotation (1 sur 2). Les défis que nous t’offrons : L’Hôpital vétérinaire Journet recherche un(e) réceptionniste pour compléter une équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de prendre en compte les besoins de nos clients et de leur animal. L'emploi demande d'être efficace et de faire preuve d’une grande autonomie et d’être en mesure d’assimiler des connaissances en lien avec le monde médical vétérinaire afin de bien diriger les clients. Accueillir chaleureusement la clientèle; Offrir un service à la clientèle impeccable; Informer le client sur les services et les coûts; Procéder aux ouvertures de dossiers et aux transactions monétaires; Planifier les rendez-vous à l’agenda; Veiller à la propreté des lieux; Faire la vérification et réception de la commande et placer la marchandises sur les étalages conformément aux protocoles; Soutenir l’équipe dans les activités quotidienne afin d’offrir le support administratif requis; Répondre au téléphone, retourner les appels et courriels; Soutenir les membres de l’équipe médicale et leurs offrir support et répondre aux besoins ponctuels d’informations, de matériel ou autres; Réaliser différentes activités de secrétariat, dont la rédaction, la mise en page, la mise à jour, la production et la révision de documents d'information; Tu possèdes le profil suivant : Une certaine expérience dans ce domaine (un atout); Connaissance du logiciel Logivet (un atout); Avoir de l’entregent et les habilités à offrir un service client remarquable; Faire preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur, d’initiative d’engagement et d’assiduité; Avoir un sens du détail et être soucieux de la perfection du travail effectué; Sens de l’organisation et des responsabilités ; Être capable de travailler avec plusieurs intervenants et mener plusieurs projets en parallèle; Faire preuve de dynamisme et d’enthousiasme; Avoir une bonne nomenclature pour les besoins classements et d’archivage; Excellente maîtrise de la suite de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail); Bonne forme physique pour soulever des charges de 15kg; Un niveau scolaire collégial minimum; Amour pour les animaux (essentiel) !!!
