The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, notre agence de Douai, spécialisée sur les métiers du secteur Automobile recrute un(e) Chargé(e) de Compte H/F en CDI au sein d’une agence hébergée sur le site de son client, acteur majeur du secteur Automobile, situé à Douai.

Véritable partenaire RH de proximité, vous évoluez directement sur le site du client et assurez l'accompagnement quotidien des intérimaires.

Le poste est à pourvoir sur deux plages horaires alternées matin/après-midi :

Poste du matin : 6h00 – 13h30

Poste d'après-midi : 13h30 - 21h00

Votre quotidien chez nous :

- Garantir le suivi des intérimaires : suivi des absences, congés payés, arrêts maladie et autres éléments liés à leur présence ;

- Accompagner les intérimaires dès leur intégration et tout au long de leur mission grâce à une présence régulière sur le terrain, une relation de proximité de qualité et la mise en œuvre d’actions de fidélisation ;

- Être l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du client et animer des points de suivi réguliers ;

- Gérer les procédures disciplinaires dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et des processus internes ;

- Assurer le suivi des accidents du travail et mettre en place des actions de prévention (analyse des accidents du travail, animation de causeries sécurité, sensibilisation des équipes, mise en place d’actions préventives et correctives)

Profil :

- Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en RH ou dans le secteur du travail temporaire, idéalement sur des fonctions de gestion de compte client, d'implant ou de suivi opérationnel. Une expérience dans un environnement industriel sera également appréciée.

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent relationnel et votre sens du service

- Vous disposez d’un sens de l'organisation et d’une capacité à gérer les priorités

- Vous avez un goût prononcé pour le terrain et le travail de proximité ;

- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel

- Votre réactivité, votre autonomie et votre capacité d'adaptation, seront des atouts essentiels pour ce poste
