Key Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for insurance KPIs and operational insights
  • Build Power Apps to support claims, underwriting, policy administration, and approvals
  • Automate business workflows using Power Automate
  • Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, and core insurance systems
  • Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure data security, accuracy, testing, deployment, and documentation
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements following Power Platform best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of IT experience with hands-on Microsoft Power Platform expertise
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of insurance processes: claims, underwriting, policy lifecycle, renewals
  • Experience with Dataverse, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
