Deine Aufgaben

Zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur suchen wir für unser derzeit 4-köpfiges IT-Team einen zusätzlichen IT-Allrounder mit Microsoft Windows-Schwerpunkt. Als IT-Administrator (m/w/d) hast du bei uns vor allem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Konfiguration, Administration von IT-Systemen, vor allem der Microsoft-Domäne (AD, M365)
  • Unterstützung und Betreuung der Anwender bei täglichen Herausforderungen, bspw. hinsichtlich Clients und Serveranwendungen (interne und externe Cloud Services)
  • Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches gemeinsam im Team unter Berücksichtigung neuer Trends M365 und Security-Anforderungen
  • Betreuung des Netzwerks und Sicherstellung des IT-Betriebes unserer Infrastruktur sowie unserer Services gemeinsam mit dem Team (Tools z.B. Trend Micro, Patch und Assetmanagement)
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von neuen Projekten mit dem Fokus auf Informationssicherheit
  • Dokumentation von Systemkonfigurationen und Änderungen

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT-Bezug; alternativ kreative(r) Quereinsteiger(in) mit relevanter Erfahrung in einem KMU
  • Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft M365-Diensten sowie den relevanten Schnittstellen und nötigen Authentifizierungsverfahren
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Windows 11 sowie Windows Server 2016/1019
  • Bevorzugt Erfahrung im Umgang mit Serveranwendungen, wie bspw. Endpoint Central, Trend Micro, GitLab
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik, Virtualisierung und Informationssicherheit
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von allgemeinen Netzwerkaufgaben (Installation, Instandhaltung von Arbeitsplätzen)
  • Idealerweise Grundlagenkenntnisse in Linux oder Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Linux-Systeme
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten in der Störungsbehebung und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten sowie verständlich zu übermitteln
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Absoluter Teamplayer, der/die gerne unterstützt und seinen/ihren gestalterischen Spielraum nutzt
  • Kundenorientierung sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
