Atividades:

· Realizar o registro e acompanhamento dos chamados de assistência técnica, garantindo que todas as solicitações sejam corretamente inseridas e atualizadas no sistema de gestão.

· Classificar e priorizar os chamados conforme a natureza do serviço, prazo de garantia e nível de urgência.

· Manter comunicação constante com síndicos, condôminos e representantes designados de cada empreendimento, assegurando um atendimento cordial e eficiente.

· Encaminhar as demandas às equipes de campo ou fornecedores responsáveis, acompanhando o cumprimento dos prazos e padrões de qualidade.

· Atualizar o status dos atendimentos no sistema, registrando histórico, prazos e observações relevantes para garantir a rastreabilidade das informações.

· Elaborar relatórios de controle e indicadores de desempenho, contribuindo para o monitoramento da performance da assistência técnica.

· Apoiar na identificação de causas recorrentes de chamados e sugerir ações preventivas e corretivas aos setores envolvidos.

· Colaborar com o setor de qualidade no aprimoramento dos processos de atendimento e na redução de reincidências.

· Prestar suporte administrativo à coordenação de assistência técnica e pós-obra, auxiliando na organização de documentos, cronogramas e comunicações internas.

· Realizar suas atividades conforme as normas e procedimentos da empresa;

· Executar suas atividades conforme o manual de qualidade da empresa

Requisitos:

  • Cursando Técnico em Edificações;
  • Diferenciais: ensino superior completo em Técnico em Edificações; Conhecimento em manutenção de obras e Experiência na área;
  • Habilidades esperadas: visão estratégica, trabalho em equipe, organização, comprometimento e dinamismo.
