Er du god til teknisk fejlsøgning, og kan du lide at få problemer løst?

Hos Rackhosting søger vi en selvstændig og serviceminded IT-supporter til vores tekniske team.

Vi er ikke en traditionel IT-helpdesk. Vores kunder er primært IT-virksomheder, IT-afdelinger og udviklere, som har brug for hjælp til deres servere, netværk og hostingmiljøer.

Vi søger dig, der tager ansvar for tekniske henvendelser, arbejder systematisk med fejlsøgning og får opgaverne løst.

Dine opgaver:

  • Håndtering og fejlsøgning af tekniske supportsager.
  • Support på Linux- og Windows-servere.
  • Fejlsøgning på netværk, DNS, firewall og VPN.
  • Administration af virtuelle servere og cloudmiljøer.
  • Driftsopgaver inden for blandt andet backup, certifikater og adgangsstyring.
  • Teknisk kundedialog og samarbejde med vores specialister.

Hvem er du?

Du har praktisk erfaring med teknisk IT-support eller serverdrift, gerne fra en hostingvirksomhed, MSP eller IT-driftsorganisation.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du:

  • Har en god teknisk forståelse for servere og netværk.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og følge opgaver til dørs.
  • Kommunikerer professionelt med kunder.
  • Er nysgerrig, struktureret og løsningsorienteret.

Erfaring med Linux, virtualisering, Fortinet, Veeam eller scripting er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Du behøver ikke være specialist. Vi har erfarne systemadministratorer, du kan sparre med. Det vigtigste er din tekniske forståelse og evne til at løse problemer.
