  • Engage Government leadership. Serve as a primary program-level point of contact, lead executive reviews, and manage key escalations.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes. Oversee performance reporting, corrective actions, and contractual results while identifying opportunities to strengthen service delivery.
  • Align multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate technical, clinical, operational, and subcontractor organizations to meet program objectives.
  • Manage operational complexity. Anticipate delivery risks, coordinate workforce and resource needs, and maintain accountability across multiple teams and partners

What You'll Bring

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 10+ years of federal health IT program leadership experience.
  • Prior executive-level experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Military Health System (MHS).
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Experience

  • ITIL 4.
  • Experience leading multi-vendor services within a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework.
  • Prior Chief Information Officer (CIO) or equivalent executive IT leadership experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
