Cleaner Who Cares About Quality

We’re looking for someone who cares about quality – even when the work is physically demanding.

At Racoon, we do things a bit differently.

We’re a place where people take their work seriously – but not themselves too seriously. There’s a high pace, real responsibility, and a culture where we help each other and actually enjoy being here.

You’ll be working with everything from move-out cleaning and deep cleaning to algae removal, facade cleaning, and floor treatment. Some tasks are physically demanding. Some require attention to detail. And almost no two days are the same.

You don’t need to know everything from day one.

But you do need the willingness to learn – and the drive to do things properly.

About the job

You’ll be part of our Ad-Hoc team, handling a wide range of tasks for our customers.

We’re based in Rødovre, but you’ll be working at properties across Greater Copenhagen. Our customers are primarily housing associations, co-operatives, and property owners.

Your tasks will include:

  • Move-out cleaning
  • Final and deep cleaning
  • Floor scrubbing and treatment
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Graffiti removal
  • Facade cleaning and algae removal

Are we a good match?

  • You care about quality – no matter the task
  • You notice the details and don’t stop until it feels right
  • You’re curious and willing to learn (we don’t expect you to know everything from the start)
  • You can work independently, stay structured, and keep an overview
  • You’re service-minded, collaborative, and flexible
  • You’re honest, responsible, and a good colleague
  • You have a driver’s license
  • You can provide a clean criminal record

👉 With us, a job isn’t “done” when it’s completed – it’s done when the quality can be felt.

What we offer

  • Thorough onboarding and training
  • Freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to influence your work
  • Salary based on qualifications
  • Company car
  • A strong team with colleagues from all over the world

About Racoon

Even after more than 26 years in the industry, we still see ourselves as an entrepreneurial company.

We work with high standards – and we know that requires people who take responsibility. That’s why we give you the space to do so.

We believe job satisfaction isn’t something you write about – it’s something you feel in everyday work.

Does this sound like you?

Send your application and CV to our Quality Ambassador, Trine Linnemann – or simply write a few lines about yourself and how you approach your work.

And let us know if you have a driver’s license.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Flytterengøring
  • Slutrengøring og hovedrengøring
  • Opskuring og pleje af gulve
  • Tagrenderens
  • Graffiti-afrensning
  • Facaderens og algeafrensning

Er vi et match?

  • Du går op i kvalitet – uanset opgaven

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
