Werken in een academische setting bij een level 1 traumacentrum? Dat kan bij het Radboudumc in Nijmegen. Als operatieassistent werk je mee aan de gezondheidszorg van de toekomst. De uitdagende casussen bieden diepgang en ruimte om je persoonlijke ambities binnen dit mooie vak waar te maken.

Met ons OK-team leveren we de beste zorg voor elke patiënt. Als operatieassistent ben je er medeverantwoordelijk voor dat operaties kwalitatief goed, veilig en op tijd uitgevoerd worden. Omdat we naast een groot academisch ziekenhuis ook een traumacentrum zijn gaat het om complexe en acute operaties. Je krijgt te maken met ingewikkelde patiëntcasussen, waarin we echt het verschil maken. Daarin blijft, naast doelmatige, onderscheidende en persoonsgerichte zorg, maximale patiëntveiligheid de belangrijkste doelstelling. In het team ontwikkelen we dagelijks nieuwe innovatieve technieken en methodes. Als betrokken operatieassistent ben jij bezig met het:

  • Samenwerken met alle betrokkenen op de operatie kamer waarbij je samen verantwoordelijk bent voor de patiënt.
  • Voor en nabespreken van de operatie, wat zijn mogelijke knelpunten? Wat ging er goed, en wat kon beter?
  • Afhandelen van administratieve werkzaamheden.

Jij bent een enthousiaste en ambitieuze CZO gediplomeerde operatieassistent. Je bent sociaal en een echte teamplayer. Het begeleiden van leerlingen, stagiairs en onderzoekers doe je graag en daarnaast werk je mee aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Ook beschik je over een positieve instelling waarbij je alles uit jezelf wil halen. Iedere collega brengt waardevolle ervaring, expertise en creativiteit mee. Dus wie je ook bent, je bent welkom. Daarnaast heb je als operatieassistent:

  • Actuele kennis van innovaties binnen je vakgebied, denk aan technieken, materialen, instrumenten en apparatuur. Je wil vooroplopen in de beste zorg.
  • Geen last van stress. Jij functioneert goed in acute situaties.
  • Een flexibele agenda. Je bent bereid alle (aanwezigheids) diensten mee te draaien.
