Functie

Binnen het Research Institute for Medical Innovation werkt een team van beleidsadviseurs gezamenlijk aan diverse taken die gerelateerd zijn aan de onderzoeksstrategie en talentontwikkeling.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een student die ons de komende maanden kan ondersteunen bij een breed scala aan voornamelijk administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je komt te werken in een prettige, open en collegiale omgeving waarin hulp en ondersteuning altijd dichtbij zijn.

Beschikbaarheid

  • Periode: November 2026 - Juli 2027
  • Werkdagen: in overleg
  • Werktijden: Werkdagen van 9.00-17.00 uur, werktijden in overleg

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verzamelt en ordent administratieve gegevens.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens in bestanden, registraties en administratieve systemen.
  • Je controleert ingevoerde gegevens zorgvuldig op juistheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je signaleert onregelmatigheden of afwijkingen in dossiers of systemen.
  • Je voert bewerkingen uit die meer inhoudelijke of procedurele kennis vereisen.
  • Je vraagt ontbrekende of aanvullende gegevens op en volgt actief op wat nodig is voor een volledig dossier.
  • Je stelt brieven of correspondentie op op basis van aanwijzingen of standaarden.
  • Je bergt documenten gestructureerd op en bewaakt de actualiteit en volledigheid van dossiers.
  • Logistieke ondersteuning bieden bij de organisatie en uitvoering van bijeenkomsten en evenementen.

Daarnaast verricht je bewerkingstaken:

  • Je verwerkt informatieaanvragen, verzamelt de benodigde gegevens en stelt duidelijke overzichten op.
  • Je beoordeelt gegevens op basis van eenvoudige regelgeving en vastgestelde procedures.

Werkplek

Voor het Radboudumc faciliteert het Research Institute for Medical Innovation alle onderzoekers en onderzoeken van het Radboudumc. Wij ondersteunen onze onderzoekers met de koers van ons onderzoek, financiële middelen, talentmanagement, scholing en ontwikkeling, community management, een uitstekende infrastructuur voor onderzoekers, advies over subsidies, ondernemerschap, heldere processen, communicatie en nog veel meer.

Het team van Stategie- beleid- en talentontwikkeling bestaat uit 6 personen. Regelmatig wordt een FLEX Student aangenomen om tijdelijke projecten te ondersteunen. We werken nauw samen met de andere teams binnen het Research Instituut, maar ook onderzoekers en stafdiensten als HR en Communicatie.

Werkplanning gaat in overleg. Af en toe thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Je communiceert helder, werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Je bent pro-actief en een team player.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je bent beschikbaar gedurende November 2026 tot Juli 2027.
  • Je bent een student en op zoek naar een baan naast je studie of gedurende je tussenjaar.
  • Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden is een pré
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, affiniteit met communicatie via het schrijven van teksten is pré
  • Ervaring met organisatie van evenementen is een pré
  • Flexibiliteit en snel kunnen inwerken
  • Handigheid met digitale systemen
