Ben jij een student of net afgestudeerd en wil je waardevolle werkervaring opdoen binnen een academisch ziekenhuis? Ben je nauwkeurig, analytisch en werk je graag met administratieve processen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor de afdeling Zorgadministratie van het Radboudumc zoeken we namelijk een nauwkeurige student die ons tijdelijk ondersteunt bij de zorgadministratie.

Om de zorg die het Radboudumc levert correct bij zorgverzekeraars te kunnen declareren, moeten patiëntgegevens en zorgregistraties volledig en juist zijn verwerkt. In deze functie help je hierbij en lever je een directe bijdrage aan een goed georganiseerde zorgadministratie. Je werkt met systemen zoals Epic en ValueCare, waar je openstaande werklijsten en signaleringen beoordeelt, controleert en verwerkt. Je ontvangt een gerichte inwerkperiode en kunt daarna grotendeels zelfstandig aan de slag, waarbij er altijd een collega beschikbaar is voor vragen of ondersteuning.

Beschikbaarheid

  • Startdatum: in overleg.
  • Duur van de opdracht: minimaal 3 maanden, met mogelijk uitzicht op verlenging.
  • Werkdagen: in overleg, van maandag t/m vrijdag.
  • Werktijden: tijdens reguliere kantoortijden.

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Het beoordelen en afhandelen van openstaande werklijsten in Epic (Elektronisch Patiëntendossier).
  • Het controleren en corrigeren van registratie van geleverde zorg.
  • Het beoordelen en oplossen van openstaande signaleringen en controles in ValueCare.
  • Het opsporen en herstellen van onvolledigheden en fouten in de registratie van patiëntenzorg.
  • Het verwerken van correcties, zodat patiëntgegevens volledig en juist zijn vastgelegd en de geleverde zorg correct en tijdig bij zorgverzekeraars kan worden gedeclareerd.
  • Het signaleren en terugkoppelen van bijzonderheden die niet zelfstandig kunnen worden opgelost aan je directe collega’s.

Profiel

Je voelt je thuis in een tijdelijke opdracht waarin je snel schakelt en nauwkeurig werkt. Je communiceert helder, werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.

  • Een medische studie volgt of heeft afgerond (denk aan Geneeskunde, Biomedische Wetenschappen, etc.).
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.
  • Zelfstandig taken kan uitvoeren en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de voortgang.
  • Het leuk vindt om administratieve achterstanden weg te werken en concrete resultaten te behalen.
  • Kennis heeft van medische terminologie cq. Anatomie, pathologie en fysiologie.
  • Beschikbaar is voor gemiddeld 24 uur per week gedurende minimaal 3 maanden.
  • Ervaring met Epic of ValueCare is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk. Je krijgt een gerichte inwerkperiode waarin je leert hoe je de lijsten beoordeelt en afhandelt.

Goed om te weten

  • Bij deze opdracht treed je in dienst bij het FLEXbureau, onderdeel van het Radboudumc. Je krijgt doorgaans bij ons een nul-urencontract. Je hebt recht op een compensatietoeslag van 12% ter verrekening van het recht op vakantie, feest- en verlofdagen. Deze toeslagen komen boven op je bruto uurloon en worden maandelijks aan je uitgekeerd.
  • Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
