Wil jij als medisch student waardevolle ervaring opdoen in een academisch ziekenhuis, je communicatieve vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen én bijdragen aan innovatief oncologisch onderzoek? Dan is deze baan binnen het researchteam Medische Oncologie iets voor jou!

Beschikbaarheid

  • Periode: zo snel mogelijk voor minimaal 1 jaar
  • Werkuren: in totaal maximaal 36 uur per week, kan worden verdeeld onder 2 medewerkers
  • Werkdagen: maandag t/m vrijdag
  • Werktijden: tussen 08.00 en 18.00 uur

Wat ga je doen?

Als medisch student speel je een belangrijke rol in lopende klinische studies. Je bewaakt het overzicht van patiënten die deelnemen aan onderzoek, volgt hen gedurende het traject en zorgt dat de administratie op orde is. Daarnaast ondersteun je het researchteam bij uiteenlopende praktische werkzaamheden en ben je deels betrokken bij patiëntenzorg, zowel op de polikliniek als op de klinische afdeling.

Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteunen van researchverpleegkundigen en researchassistenten op de poli en de afdeling (bijvoorbeeld tijdens farmacokinetiekdagen);
  • Afname, verwerking en verzending van bloed, biopten en ander lichaamsmateriaal;
  • Opvangen van biopten bij Radiologie of op de OK;
  • Administratieve werkzaamheden rondom studies en patiëntregistratie;
  • Meedenken en meewerken binnen het researchteam waar nodig.

Profiel

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Je bent doordeweeks flexibel inzetbaar.
  • Je volgt een opleiding in de medische richting (geneeskunde, verpleegkunde of biomedische wetenschappen) en bevindt je in de afrondende fase, wachttijd of in de overgang van bachelor naar master.
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met druk en schakelt makkelijk in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, werkt nauwkeurig en zet graag een stap extra.
  • Je werkt prettig samen en voelt je thuis in een team.

Goed om te weten

  • Bij deze opdracht treed je in dienst bij het FLEXbureau, onderdeel van het Radboudumc. Je krijgt doorgaans bij ons een nul-urencontract. Je hebt recht op een compensatietoeslag van 12% ter verrekening van het recht op vakantie, feest- en verlofdagen. Deze toeslagen komen boven op je bruto uurloon en worden maandelijks aan je uitgekeerd.
  • Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
