Functie

Als adviseur kwaliteit en veiligheid monitor je de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de zorg op centrumniveau, adviseert de centrumdirectie, coördineert en volgt de PDSA (Plan Do Study Act) van verbeteractiviteiten en bevordert het onderling leren in het centrum. Je hebt een centrale rol in het bijeenbrengen van alle beschikbare kwaliteit en veiligheid informatie van het centrum en ziet verbanden en trends.

Jouw taken bestaan uit adviseren over en monitoren van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbeleid op het gebied van patiëntenzorg, implementatie van beleid, verzamelen en analyseren van informatie over kwalliteit en veiligheid, opstellen van verbetervoorstellen en coördinatie bij interne audits, accreditaties en visitaties.

Deze functie wordt gecombineerd met de functie van procesbegeleider. Hierin ben je, als lid van het ontwikkelteam zorgpaden, de rechterhand van de zorgpadleiders. Je coördineert en faciliteert de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van een aantal zorgpaden.

Je bent een organisator, plant en begeleidt sessies en bewaakt de voortgang. Je werkt vanuit de kaders van het organisatiebrede programma Zorgpaden. Jouw kerntaken bestaan uit het zorgpadteam informeren, adviseren en waar nodig bijsturen bij de ontwikkeling van zorgpaden in lijn met de blauwdruk.

Daarnaast heb je de belangrijke taak het zorgpadteam te verbinden met het ontwikkelteam Zorgpaden. Dit betekent dat je de samenwerking opzoekt en kennis en expertise vanuit het ontwikkelteam naar het zorgpadteam brengt en andersom. Hierdoor leren we van en met elkaar wat de beste werkwijze is én werken we aan een relevant netwerk binnen de centra en organisatiebreed.

Jouw werkplek

Als adviseur kwaliteit en veiligheid en procesbegeleider werk je in een functioneel team, bestaande uit de collega's van het platform zorg en het zorgpadbouwteam. Onder het platform zorg vallen de commissies op het gebied van kwaliteit, zoals de Commissie Incidenten Amalia kinderziekenhuis (CIA). Dit platform wordt aangestuurd door de coördinator Zorg.

Jouw collega's zijn de andere adviseurs kwaliteit van het Amalia kinderziekenhuis, zorgprogrammaleiders, de MIO en NIO van het centrum en andere zorgverleners die taken hebben in de zorgpadbouw en het thema kwaliteit. Jouw hiërarchisch leidinggevende wordt de bedrijfskundig directeur of mogelijk een van de Amalia zorgmanagers.

Profiel

Je hebt een relevante opleiding op hbo-niveau en ervaring met kwaliteit, procesverbetering en het begeleiden van multidisciplinaire teams, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg. Je werkt gestructureerd, overziet verschillende belangen en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering.

Je bent daarnaast:

  • Analytisch en in staat informatie te vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Een stevige gesprekspartner die goed luistert en doorvraagt.
  • Ervaren in procesmatig en projectmatig werken.
  • Verbindend en resultaatgericht.

Kennis van kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen de zorg is een pré.
