Wij zoeken een enthousiaste, flexibele en leergierige basisarts die per 1 januari 2027 ons team wil versterken. Je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de acute geneeskunde, met als doel de opleiding tot SEH-arts te volgen.

De afdeling SEH van het Radboudumc is een zelfstandige afdeling waar een team van enthousiaste SEH-artsen zorgt voor een 24-uursbezetting. Als basisarts op de SEH houd je je bezig met de klinische patiëntenzorg. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om te participeren in wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Je werkt onder supervisie en leert alle aspecten van het werken op een SEH goed kennen. Samen met je collega's verzorg je de diensten.

Jouw werkplek

De SEH van het Radboudumc is een zelfstandige afdeling die een centrale rol binnen het ziekenhuis vervult. Een team van enthousiaste SEH-artsen, PA's, A(N)IOS, AMA's i.o., HAIOS en verpleegkundigen biedt 24/7 acute zorg aan een divers en uitdagend patiëntenaanbod. Alle SEH-artsen participeren actief in management, opleiding, onderwijs en onderzoek.

Wij beschikken over een 24-uursobservatie-unit en zijn als level I-traumacentrum uitgerust met een helidek, waardoor de traumahelikopter dag en nacht kan landen.

Profiel

Je bent een BIG-geregistreerde arts met ervaring in en belangstelling voor het specialisme spoedeisende geneeskunde. Je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen dit vakgebied en SEH-arts te worden.

Je beschikt over een enthousiaste en proactieve werkhouding en weet ook in acute en complexe situaties het hoofd koel te houden. Daarnaast heb je een groot vermogen tot zelfreflectie en ben je in staat feedback te benutten om concrete leerdoelen te formuleren en jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • Minimaal één jaar ervaring als basisarts/ANIOS op een Spoedeisende Hulp, bij voorkeur in een ziekenhuis waar SEH-artsen werkzaam zijn en waar opleidingen worden verzorgd.
  • Een intrinsieke motivatie voor het verrichten van wetenschappelijk onderzoek binnen de spoedeisende geneeskunde. Dit blijkt uit eerdere publicaties of reeds gestart onderzoek. Daarbij beschik je over een concreet plan van aanpak voor je wetenschappelijke activiteiten.
  • Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. Je bent een teamspeler met een flexibele instelling en werkt prettig samen binnen een multidisciplinair team.
