Voor de afdeling Cardio-thoracale Chirurgie zijn wij op zoek naar een data-analist. Wij staan graag open voor een kennismaking met ambitieuze kandidaten. Kom gerust eens langs.

Patiëntdata uit het hart- en longchirurgisch proces worden uniform en discreet vastgelegd in het Elektronisch Patiënten Dossier. De data-analist draagt zorg voor het verzamelen en beheren van gegevens op een transparante en betrouwbare manier, alsmede het ter beschikking stellen van deze data voor analyse en verantwoording en ondersteuning van kwaliteit en wetenschap. Op het gebied van datamanagement ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit. Je controleert systematisch op juistheid, volledigheid en actualiteit van patiëntgebonden informatie. Ook zorg je voor ontsluiting, verrijking en levering van de data voor analyses, interne en externe verantwoording en voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Je initieert rapportages of stelt ze zelf op. En je draagt bij aan de cyclische verbetering van het datamanagement van de afdeling.

Ons team van professionele en vakkundige cardio-thoracaal chirurgen, A(N)IOS, physicians assistant, klinisch perfusionisten en verpleegkundigen biedt kwalitatief hoogwaardige persoonsgerichte zorg aan een diverse en uitdagende patiëntengroep. Dit met veel aandacht voor onderzoek, innovatie en onderwijs.

Onze afdeling heeft een erkenning voor de opleiding tot cardio-thoracaal chirurg. We behalen uitstekende resultaten in de patiëntenzorg en het is onze ambitie om hierin te blijven verbeteren door aandacht en innovatie, gecombineerd met wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Voor het leveren van optimale zorg werken we intensief samen met de afdelingen Cardiologie, Longziekten, Heelkunde/Vaatchirurgie, Anesthesiologie, Intensive Care en de Operatiekamers. Onze huisvesting is state-of-the-art, met hightech operatiekamerfaciliteiten en een moderne, thematisch ingerichte verpleegafdeling. De werksfeer bij ons is prettig en informeel, waarbij de kwaliteit van zorg leidend is.

Profiel

We zoeken een enthousiaste, toegewijde collega met gevoel voor detail. Spreekt de uitdaging je aan en herken je jezelf in onderstaande kwaliteiten, dan nodigen we jou graag uit voor een kennismaking.

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring in het uitvoeren van kwantitatieve analyses en opstellen van rapportages.
  • Affiniteit met de zorgsector (cardiovasculaire zorg) is een pre.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel, VBA en Power Query, of de bereidheid dit te leren.
  • Een goed organiserend vermogen en stressbestendig.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • In staat zelfstandig en proactief te werken.
  • Analytisch, accuraat, flexibel, ordelijk en oplettend zijn kenmerken die jou typeren.
