Op de polikliniek van de afdeling Anesthesiologie zijn wij op zoek naar een doktersassistent | polikliniekassistent die de spreekuren ondersteunt en coördineert en graag bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de polikliniek.

Als allround doktersassistent | polikliniekassistent ondersteun je het zorgproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van de spreekuren.
  • Uitvoeren van voorbereidende handelingen bij patiënten voorafgaand aan het consult, waaronder het meten van vitale functies.
  • Ondersteunen bij pijninterventies binnen het Pijnbehandelcentrum.
  • Verrichten van bloedafnames en andere werkzaamheden op de prikpost van het poliplein.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Begeleiden van collega's en bijdragen aan deskundigheidsbevordering.
  • Oppakken van een aandachtsgebied, bijvoorbeeld kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Bijdragen aan een prettige, vitale en lerende werkomgeving.
  • Signaleren en analyseren van ontwikkelingen en knelpunten binnen en buiten de eigen werkomgeving.

Jouw werkplek

Op de polikliniek komen patiënten vanuit alle specialismen in het ziekenhuis, die een behandeling, onderzoek of operatie zullen ondergaan waarbij anesthesie (verdoving of narcose) noodzakelijk is. Anesthesie voert diensten uit voor alle chirurgische specialismen en er is ook een nauwe samenwerking met de collega's van de overige specialismen op het poliplein. Je werkt voor de preoperatieve polikliniek en het pijnbehandelcentrum. Deze samenwerking geeft variatie in het werk.

We werken in een hecht team met doktersassistenten, verpleegkundigen, physician assistents en anesthesiologen aan hoog complexe zorg. Onderling is goed en laagdrempelig contact en overleg.

Profiel

Jij bent een stressbestendige doktersassistent | polikliniekassistent die in een dynamische omgeving gemakkelijk prioriteiten stelt. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en werkplekken en voelt je thuis in een afwisselende functie. Je bent proactief, werkt graag samen en hebt een dienstverlenende en patiëntgerichte instelling.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een mbo-diploma Doktersassistent niveau 4 of een bachelor Geneeskunde en bevindt je in de wachttijd tot de coschappen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig.
  • Je hebt ervaring met en bent vaardig in telefonische triage en het begeleiden van patiënten.

We hebben ruimte voor een nieuwe collega voor 24 tot 36 uur per week. Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar. Kun je meer uren werken, dan is dat mogelijk. Wil je maximaal 24 uur werken, dan is dat ook prima. De verdeling van je werkdagen stemmen we in onderling overleg af.
