Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste projectassistent om ons team te versterken binnen de afdeling Longziekten! Binnen onze afdeling draag je bij aan onderzoek ter verbetering van de diagnose, prognose en behandeling van patiënten met oncologische aandoeningen. Ben jij georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en heb je affiniteit met wetenschappelijk onderzoek? Dan is deze functie wellicht iets voor jou!

Als projectassistent geef je administratieve ondersteuning aan het team en ben je daarbij verantwoordelijk voor onder andere het zelfstandig uitvoeren van administratieve acties die voortkomen uit het verloop van klinische studies en het opzetten en bijhouden van periodieke studieoverzichten en rapportages.

Algemene ondersteuning researchteam:

  • Algemene administratieve taken zoals documenten laten ondertekenen en archiveren.
  • Inkomende berichten postbus behandelen.
  • (online) Meetings inplannen.
  • Beheer harde schijf research.
  • Administratie van juridische documenten.

Ondersteuning researchcoördinatoren:

  • Aanleggen, bijhouden en archiveren van studiemappen.
  • Financiële administratie (reiskostenvergoeding studiedeelnemers, facturen opmaken en indienen, etc).
  • Studiedocumenten uploaden in de Radboudumc omgeving voor o.a. lokale studie-goedkeuring.
  • Planning en ontvangst monitorvisites.
  • Uitwerking acties voortkomend uit monitorvisites.
  • Onderhouden studieoverzichten in Excel/TEAMS.

Als projectassistent ben je onmisbaar voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het researchteam. Je hebt een afwisselend takenpakket, met als rode draad het faciliteren van wetenschappelijk klinisch onderzoek. Maak jij je werkprocessen snel eigen, zoek jij graag de samenwerking op en stelt jouw organisatorisch vermogen je in staat om makkelijk te schakelen? Jouw Werkplek

Je collega's bestaan uit een enthousiaste en gedreven groep van researchcoördinatoren, researchverpleegkundigen, researchassistenten, datamanagers en projectassistentes, onder leiding van een operationeel manager.

Bij de afdeling Longziekten werk je aan zorg voor patiënten met (chronische) longaandoeningen binnen vier expertises: longkanker, COPD/astma, longinfecties en acute academische longzorg.

Profiel

Je bent een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde projectassisten die moeiteloos overzicht houdt over meerdere projecten en taken tegelijk. Ook onder tijdsdruk werk je zorgvuldig en resultaatgericht, waarbij je flexibel omgaat met veranderende prioriteiten. Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden, signaleert kansen en knelpunten tijdig en neemt hierin proactief initiatief.

Daarnaast ben je klant- en kwaliteitsgericht, met oog voor de behoeften van verschillende stakeholders en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Je werkt zelfstandig waar nodig, maar draagt ook actief bij aan een prettige en effectieve samenwerking binnen een team.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaand profiel:

  • Minimaal mbo of hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring met ICH-GCP is een pre.
  • Het Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificaat moet behaald worden tijdens het inwerkproces.
  • Zeer goed in diverse office toepassingen (zoals Word, Excel, Teams e.d.).
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

Goed om te weten

  • De sollicitatiegesprekken vinden plaats op 19 november of op 23 november. Fijn als je hier alvast rekening mee houdt.
  • Het Good Clinical Practice(GCP) certificaat moet behaald worden tijdens het inwerkproces.
  • Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
