Als secretarieel medewerker patiëntenzorg voor de afdeling Hematologie en de verpleegafdeling Nierziekten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, bezoekers, artsen en verpleegkundigen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen én aan de balie soepel verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert secretariële en administratieve werkzaamheden uit.
  • Je plant en coördineert afspraken en processen.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch en persoonlijk contact met patiënten, bezoekers en zorgverleners.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen het team.

Jouw werkplek

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving binnen het Centrum voor Oncologie, waar continu verbeteren centraal staat. We zijn bezig met het optimaliseren van de secretariële samenwerking tussen de verpleegafdelingen Hematologie en Nierziekten. Je komt terecht in een hecht en betrokken team met een mooie mix van ervaren collega's en nieuwe talenten.

Momenteel bevinden we ons in een traject gericht op optimalisatie en vernieuwing, waarbij waardering, samenwerking, onderlinge afstemming en het verbeteren van processen centraal staan. Efficiënt en effectief werken vinden we belangrijk, maar minstens zo belangrijk is dat we oog hebben voor elkaar en goed voor elkaar zorgen.

Je houdt van aanpakken, werkt zorgvuldig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de werkdruk toeneemt. In drukke situaties blijf je rustig, denk je mee over passende oplossingen en communiceer je helder, vriendelijk en doelgericht.

Met jouw zelfstandigheid, doorzettingsvermogen en daadkracht draag je actief bij aan een soepel verlopende dagelijkse praktijk. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, werkt graag samen en levert een positieve bijdrage aan de sfeer binnen het team. Zo maak jij iedere dag het verschil voor collega's én patiënten.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring met administratieve processen, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een collegiale instelling.
  • Ervaring met digitale systemen en Microsoft Office is een pré.

Goed om te weten
