Wil jij je ontwikkelen tot gedifferentieerd tandarts Gnathologie binnen een academische en multidisciplinaire omgeving? Het Centrum voor Bijzondere Tandheelkunde (CBT) biedt een unieke opleidingswerkplek voor een ambitieuze (junior) tandarts die de opleiding Gnathologie wil volgen.

Gedurende de opleiding van gemiddeld vier jaar combineer je werken en leren. Je doet ruime ervaring op in de behandeling van patiënten met complexe aangeboren of verworven afwijkingen in het mond-, kaak- en aangezichtsgebied. Daarbij word je intensief begeleid door ervaren en gedifferentieerde Gnathologie tandartsen en werk je nauw samen met andere disciplines binnen het Radboudumc.

Na afronding van de opleiding ben je gedifferentieerd tandarts Gnathologie en beschik je over de kennis en vaardigheden om zelfstandig in dit specialistische vakgebied te werken. Bij beschikbare vacatureruimte binnen het CBT krijg je, bij gebleken geschiktheid, voorrang in de sollicitatieprocedure.

Jouw werkplek

Je komt te werken binnen het Centrum voor Bijzondere Tandheelkunde (CBT), een gespecialiseerd centrum waar zorg wordt verleend aan patiënten met complexe tandheelkundige zorgvragen. Binnen het CBT werken tandartsen, tandartsassistenten, mondhygiënisten, tandtechnicus, fysiotherapeuten, psychologen en secretaresses nauw samen om patiënten de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.

Als tandarts in opleiding tot Gnatholoog maak je deel uit van een deskundig en betrokken multidisciplinair team. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's binnen het CBT en met verschillende specialismen binnen het Radboudumc, waaronder Mond-, Kaak- en Aangezichtschirurgie, revalidatiegeneeskunde en andere medische disciplines. Deze samenwerking biedt een unieke mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen met complexe patiëntcasuïstiek en integrale zorg.

Binnen het CBT staat kennisdeling, samenwerking en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling centraal. Er is veel aandacht voor begeleiding en opleiding, waardoor je je kunt ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandig en deskundig tandarts gnathologie.

Profiel

Je bent een enthousiaste tandarts die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied Gnathologie. Je hebt affiniteit met complexe zorgvragen en haalt voldoening uit het behandelen van patiënten die specialistische tandheelkundige zorg nodig hebben. Je werkt graag samen in een multidisciplinair team en bent gemotiveerd om jezelf zowel persoonlijk als vakinhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Afgeronde opleiding Tandheelkunde en BIG-registratie.
  • Aantoonbare belangstelling voor de vakgebieden gnathologie.
  • Affiniteit met de behandeling van patiënten met aangeboren of verworven afwijkingen in het mond-, kaak- en aangezichtsgebied.
  • Interesse in multidisciplinaire patiëntenzorg binnen een academische setting.
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve, reflectieve en samenwerkingsgerichte instelling.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Goed om te weten

  • Dit is een opleidingsplaats voor de duur van vier jaar, gekoppeld aan de opleiding Gnathologie.
  • Inschaling vindt plaats in schaal 11 conform de CAO Universitair Medische Centra. Bij voldoende voortgang en na het succesvol doorlopen van het eerste deel van de opleiding volgt doorgroei naar schaal 12.
  • Er is een arbeidsmarkttoelage beschikbaar.
  • Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
