Buscamos um profissional para atuar na gestão estratégica de uma carteira de clientes, unindo relacionamento, conhecimento de marketing digital e coordenação de equipes.

Você será o principal ponto de contato entre os clientes e a agência, compreendendo os objetivos de cada negócio, identificando oportunidades e garantindo a execução de todas as entregas contratadas, digitais ou offline.

Precisamos de alguém com experiência prática em Meta Ads e Google Ads, capacidade de analisar resultados, direcionar os profissionais responsáveis e avaliar a qualidade criativa dos materiais. Não se trata de uma vaga de Analista de Marketing voltada à produção de posts.

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER

• Gerenciar uma carteira de clientes R1 e R2, assumindo o relacionamento e a gestão das demandas contratadas.

• Realizar reuniões com clientes, coletar informações e elaborar briefings para os núcleos internos.

• Compreender objetivos comerciais e propor estratégias de marketing, priorizando os canais digitais.

• Acompanhar campanhas de Meta Ads e Google Ads, analisando investimentos, resultados, leads e conversões, em conjunto com o gestor de tráfego.

• Acompanhar a qualidade dos leads e, quando disponível, analisar conversas e indicadores do atendimento comercial.

• Coordenar o trabalho das equipes de social media, design, tráfego, websites e audiovisual; orientar, distribuir demandas e acompanhar prazos e entregas.

• Avaliar e aprovar internamente, conforme o fluxo da agência, pautas, textos, roteiros, posts, artes e vídeos, considerando estratégia, comunicação e qualidade estética.

• Acompanhar gravações, campanhas com influenciadores, fornecedores e materiais offline, sempre que fizerem parte dos serviços contratados.

• Apresentar resultados aos clientes, propor melhorias e atuar preventivamente para manter a satisfação e retenção das contas.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ

• Experiência comprovada em agência de marketing digital e relacionamento com clientes.

• Experiência prática anterior com Meta Ads e Google Ads, suficiente para avaliar e questionar estratégias e resultados.

• Conhecimento de marketing digital, geração de leads, funis e conversões.

• Capacidade de gestão, liderança funcional, coordenação de entregas e resolução de problemas.

• Senso estético e repertório criativo para avaliar conteúdos e peças publicitárias.

• Visão de negócio, organização, proatividade e boa comunicação para reuniões e apresentação de resultados.

DIFERENCIAIS

• Experiência com clientes B2B, indústrias ou distribuidores.

• Conhecimento de CRM, funis comerciais e ferramentas de análise de conversas.

• Conhecimento de GA4, Google Tag Manager e ferramentas de acompanhamento de resultados.

• Experiência com influenciadores, campanhas comerciais e materiais offline.

CONTRATO: PJ (PRESENCIAL)

REMUNERAÇÃO: Até R$4.000,00 mensais, proporcional às horas de serviços prestados.

(Cálculo base de 170h em média por mês)

REQUISITOS

Formação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração ou áreas correlatas; experiência comprovada será considerada.

IMPORTANTE

Não é necessário operar diariamente as campanhas nem produzir pessoalmente todas as peças. A responsabilidade é gerir a conta, orientar os especialistas, avaliar resultados, acompanhar a execução e garantir a qualidade das entregas.
