Your Tasks

  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that support internal operations and client projects
  • Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Radial - actively shaping how AI is used in a finance consulting environment
  • Identify automation potential in existing processes and translate it into working, production-ready solutions
  • Develop integrations between LLMs and internal/external tools, data sources, and platforms (APIs, databases, cloud services)
  • Build and maintain agentic workflows (e.g. multi-step automations, RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents) using modern AI frameworks
  • Work closely with finance consultants to understand real business processes and turn them into automated, AI-driven solutions
  • Take early ownership of projects in a hands-on, fast-moving environment at the intersection of technology and finance consulting

What You Bring

  • Experience with AI platforms & LLMs (e.g. Claude, GPT-4o) as well as prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation tools
  • Structured, solution-oriented thinking and fast prototyping skills
  • Interest in finance topics combined with strong communication skills to transfer knowledge to non-technical teams
  • Fluent written and spoken
