The posting

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to provide programmatic and schedule-management support to an Army Product Manager Office. The selected candidate will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) supporting and Army Programs of Record and associated acquisition, engineering, test, logistics, fielding, and sustainment activities.

The Integrated Master Scheduler will work across Government and contractor teams to integrate multiple program schedules, including internal product schedules, vendor schedules, and Government IMSs. The candidate will identify schedule dependencies, critical paths, risks, and conflicts; provide actionable schedule analysis; and support informed program-management decision-making. This position does not offer telework opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, update, and analyze integrated master schedules for Army Programs of Record.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules in Microsoft Project, including work breakdown structures (WBS), tasks, milestones, predecessor and successor logic, resource assignments, constraints, and critical-path analysis.
  • Integrate multiple schedules across Government organizations, prime contractors, subcontractors, vendors, test organizations, and other external stakeholders into a coherent program-level IMS.
  • Review vendor product schedules and supporting data to assess schedule realism, logic integrity, milestone alignment, dependencies, and risk to Government program objectives.
  • Coordinate with program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation, cybersecurity, contracting, finance, and fielding personnel to capture schedule inputs and maintain an accurate, current IMS.
  • Facilitate schedule-working groups, integrated product team meetings, and schedule reviews with Government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Identify schedule risks, conflicting dependencies, critical-path impacts, near-critical activities, resource constraints, and milestone threats; recommend mitigation options to program leadership.
  • Track, analyze, and report schedule performance against approved baselines, key milestones, acquisition objectives, test events, deliveries, and fielding timelines.
  • Support development and maintenance of schedule baselines, change-control documentation, recovery plans, and milestone decision packages.
  • Prepare schedule status reports, executive-level briefings, dashboards, decision papers, and other program-management products.
  • Ensure schedule activities are traceable to program requirements, contract deliverables, acquisition events, test activities, and fielding objectives.
  • Support development of integrated program plans, program reviews, risk-management activities, and Government reporting requirements.
  • Maintain schedule data quality by conducting logic checks, validating durations and dependencies, reviewing constraints, and ensuring schedule updates are timely and supportable.
  • Provide recommendations to Government leadership on schedule feasibility, execution risk, and impacts to cost, technical performance, test, procurement, production, and fielding objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience integrating and managing multiple related schedules, including contractor, vendor, product, and Government program schedules.
  • Experience performing schedule analysis, including critical-path analysis, dependency analysis, milestone tracking, schedule risk identification, and schedule status reporting.
  • Experience supporting complex DoW acquisition, engineering, test, logistics, or fielding programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to communicate complex schedule information clearly to technical teams, program managers, and senior Government stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across a multi-organizational Government-contractor team.
  • 5 years of relevant scheduling experience.
  • U.S. citizenship, TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Army Programs of Record or Army Product Manager Offices.
  • Experience supporting Army acquisition lifecycle activities, including requirements development, engineering, test and evaluation, production, fielding, sustainment, and modernization.
  • Experience reviewing and integrating vendor or contractor Integrated Master Schedules into Government program-level schedules.
  • Familiarity with DoW acquisition milestones, program-management reviews, and program documentation.
  • Experience supporting working-level Integrated Product Teams, program-management reviews, and executive-level decision forums.
  • Familiarity with Army modernization, capability-development, test, logistics, or product-support processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, operations, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Work Environment

This position requires close coordination with Government personnel, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders. Work will primarily occur in an office environment, with occasional travel to program reviews, test events, vendor locations, or Government facilities as required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
