The selected candidate will coordinate with SMDC Division Chiefs, staff elements, and technical monitors/Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) to collect, organize, and maintain information related to SMDC activities. • Support personnel in-processing and out-processing, Staff Assistance Visits, and the preparation and review of security-related documents and briefings for appropriate classification markings.
  • Provide COMSEC support, assist with the destruction of classified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) material, and process incoming and outgoing classified material.
  • Serve as a security monitor, including completing required annual training and supporting applicable security compliance activities.
  • Support preliminary security investigations and other security-related activities as required.
  • Attend meetings, coordinate with mission stakeholders, and provide additional security support to meet operational requirements.

The position may require after-hours support to accommodate mission needs. The primary duty location is the SMDC Technical Center.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Two (2) plus years of experience as a Security Manager or Facility Security Officer (FSO).
  • Experience performing information security, physical security, and personnel security functions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
