Project Manager / PMO (Banking & Financial Systems) – Contract

Location: Singapore Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract (12 Months, Extendable)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO with a strong background in banking and financial services system implementation projects. The ideal candidate will lead project governance, UAT activities, stakeholder management, and risk/issue management while coordinating with both Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end banking/financial system implementation projects.
  • Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Drive project governance, issue management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate effectively with business users, technology teams, and senior stakeholders across Japan and Singapore.
  • Facilitate meetings, documentation, and communications in both Japanese and English.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 10+ years of Project Management / PMO experience.
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services technology projects.
  • Strong expertise in UAT management, issue management, and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (Mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Treasury Front Office projects.
  • Hands-on exposure to Capital Markets / Treasury systems such as Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, Kondor+, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with Japanese financial institutions or global banking environments.

Contract Details

This is a 12-month contract position. The selected candidate will be employed on Radiant Digital's payroll for the duration of the contract. Based on performance and project requirements, the contract may be extended for an additional 12 months.
