Job description

Office Support Location: Market Harborough Employment Type: Part Time (with flexibility to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness where required) Salary: Competitive depending on experience

We are looking for an organised, approachable and proactive Office Support colleague to join our Team at Radiant! This is a varied role where no two days will be exactly the same. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly, be a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, and provide valuable day-to-day support to teams across the business. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, helping others and making sure everything runs as it should, we’d love to hear from you. You will work from our Market Harborough office, approximately 21 hours per week across Monday-Friday

What You'll be Doing

As our Office Support, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly, professionally and politely.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributing correspondence.
  • Managing printing requests and preparing client documentation for issue.
  • Keeping office stationery stocked and organised.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Supporting our Client Delivery team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Helping ensure IT equipment is set up and ready for new starters.
  • Supporting the wider office wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.
