Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Jugendredakteur (gn) für den Standort Balderschwang.

Die Stelle ist auf ein Jahr befristet. Eine unbefristete Festanstellung wird angestrebt.

radio horeb ist ein privater christlicher Radiosender katholischer Prägung mit Verwaltungssitz im Landkreis Oberallgäu. Mit rund 70 hauptamtlichen Mitarbeitern senden wir bundesweit über DAB+ aus unseren hochmodernen Hauptstudios in Balderschwang und München.

Unsere Redaktion wächst. Wer in der Welt der Jugendlichen zu Hause ist, diese begeistern kann und keine Scheu vor dem Mikrofon hat, ist bei uns genau richtig. Werden Sie Teil eines erfahrenen 20-köpfigen Redaktionsteams.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie konzipieren und gestalten Sendungen, die junge Menschen mit Glauben und Kirche in Berührung bringen
  • Live-Moderationen im Radio und Bedienung des Selbstfahrermischpults in der Regie
  • Zusammen mit unseren Onlineredakteuren arbeiten Sie an Inhalten für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und denken Radio digital weiter
  • Teilnahme an christlichen Jugendevents und Liveberichterstattung

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes journalistisches Volontariat, ein Studium (Theologie, Philosophie, Pädagogik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung; als motivierter Berufseinsteiger ohne Vorkenntnisse können Sie auch ein Volontariat bei uns absolvieren
  • Eine gute Radiostimme zeichnet Sie aus; dabei beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache einwandfrei
  • Sie verstehen, wie junge Menschen kommunizieren und haben eine hohe digitale Affinität
  • Sie haben ein Gespür für die Themen eines christlichen Hörfunksenders und können diese zielgruppengerecht, insbesondere für Jugendliche, aufbereiten
  • Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist zeichnen Sie aus
